Contest Submission Requirements:

• The design submission is open to all laboratory professionals and trainees/students.
• Voting is open to all current AGT members.
• Order early to ensure delivery before MLPW on April 19-25, 2026.
• The winner will be announced on March 30.
• The winner will receive an item containing their custom design.

Design Submission Details:
Please submit two files. 1) Word document with your name, laboratory, any team member names, email contact, and submission file name. 2) Design submission following the requirements below.
 
Note: To allow for future use, it is preferred that the date is not utilized in the design. All designs must be original. Designs should not contain promotional content.

File/image Requirements:

• File format: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG or .JPG (.AI or .EPS preferred)
• Maximum file size: 10MB
• Maximum colors: 8 colors
• Must have a transparent background
• Minimum resolution: 300DPI
• Minimum image size: 200px by 200px
